"Thru an on going conversation between myself and my surroundings I select my work carefully but decisively. In painting I draw strength with insight covering color and subject matter. Attraction to fine detail is offset by choice of content, which takes a step into the depths of who I am and what I want to show you. The eyes are the window to the soul, and so is my art, representing me through not only color but most importantly content. As I paint there is one recurring theme throughout most of my work, and that is of peace and simplicity regardless of subject matter. Please join me and tell me what you think."
